Caller said something pertaining to gold and silver.Spanish speaking.Caller called approx 3 times with no message one right after the other, borderline abusive

This woman called threatening to turn things over to a lawyer if I didn't call back by 4:15 PM. Turns out she was calling on a medical bill which I had proof that was paid by insurance. She was VERY rude when I refused to FAX a copy of the EOB from the insurance company.

Just calls a couple of times a day and does not say anything

Shortly after receiving a phone call asking me if I owned or rented my home I was robbed. I got a call on Friday asking to put a sign in my yard and asked if I had a security system, I said no then was robbed that following Sunday.

After receiving more than 30 calls, I finally decided to take matters into my own hands and call them back. I called over and over just to tie up their phone line. I would ask what their favorite movie was, if they liked coffee, what their favorite color was, ect. I figured as long as one of them was wasting their time on the phone with me, that was one less person they could call and scam. I kept getting passed up the chain of comman until I finally spoke to the supervisor who said my name would be removed and they would not call me again. It has been almost 5 days and I have not received a call. The BBB and FTC aren't doing anything to help us consumers so this seemed to be an effective way to annoy them. I could tell they were getting upset, but they have to answer the phone each time it rings just in case it might be someone they could get money from. Try it for yourself! This is Ameriloan. They are an unlicensed payday loan company operating on an Indian reservation in Florida. They do not hold a license to loan money to anyone in the U.S. and therefore cannot legally take anyone to court. They will call and threaten anyone who owes them money or anyone they think owes them money but it's all B.S. Just don't give them your bank account or debit card information as they will drain your account for every penny they can get. They are a bunch of crooks operating on the outer edges of the law.

Calling me all the time

After my initial posting, I called Danny Foster back and indicated to him that I knew hew was calling from a fake debit collector and that he was trying to scam people out of money and that I was going to call police, FBI, Better Business he hung up on me.

Robocall...caller supposedly Michael Reagan...I hung up and tried calling the #....either busy or no answer....filed a complaint with NDNC registry
